- Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting, PDF file storage;
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — DNS, edge-network protection;
- Turso (ChiselStrike Inc.) (United States / Europe) — database;
- Lulu Press, Inc. and/or BoD (United States / Germany) — printing and shipping of physical books (the delivery address is transmitted to them only for physical orders).
No data is resold, rented or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some processors are established in the United States. Transfers are framed either by adequacy decisions (EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable), or by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission on 4 June 2021.
5. Retention period
- Order and billing data:10 years from the close of the financial year (accounting obligation, art. L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
- Newsletter subscription:until unsubscription, then deletion within 3 years in case of prolonged inactivity.
- Download tokens:7 days after issue, then purged.
- Technical logs:12 months maximum.
6. Your rights
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data at any time:
- right of access and to obtain a copy;
- right of rectification;
- right to erasure (right to be forgotten);
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- right to define directives regarding the fate of data after death (art. 85 of the French Data Protection Act).

7. Cookies and trackers
The site logimind.org sets no audience-measurement, profiling or advertising cookie. Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Stripe payment funnel are placed where applicable (exempt from consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
8. Security
The publisher implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data: TLS encryption in transit, access control, admin access logging, time-limited signed download tokens, regular backups.
9. Amendments
This policy may be amended to reflect regulatory changes or a change of processor. The date of the last update appears at the top of this notice. Newsletter subscribers are notified in the event of a substantial modification.
