Ericksonian Hypnosis

FR
HE

Developed by Milton Erickson, Ericksonian hypnosis differs from classical hypnosis through the principle of utilization: every element of the situation, including resistance, becomes working material via indirect suggestion. It aims less at the disappearance of the symptom than at a reconfiguration of the relationship to the problem. Indications: mild to moderate anxiety disorders, phobias, smoking, pain and sleep disorders.
