Alexander Technique

FR
MA

A re-education of the use of the self rather than a therapy in the strict sense, the Alexander Technique rests on primary control: the dynamic relationship between the head, the neck and the back that organizes the coordination of the whole body. By deprogramming habitual compensations, it aims for a right tonus and a living alignment. It is indicated in chronic back and neck pain.
