Feldenkrais Method
FR
MF
A pedagogical system of somatic learning conceived by Moshé Feldenkrais, it posits that the nervous system retains throughout life a capacity to reorganize motor patterns through the bringing to awareness of movement alternatives, according to the principle of minimal effort. It aims for an enlarged self-image and a freer repertoire of actions, and applies above all to functional movement disorders.
