Vittoz Method
FR
MV
Created by the Lausanne physician Roger Vittoz at the beginning of the 20th century to treat neurasthenia, the method rests on three functions: receptivity (welcoming sensations), emissivity (producing thought) and the cerebral control that balances them. Through sensory re-education, it treats anxious states, obsessions, nervous exhaustion and intellectual overwork.
