A recent synthesis combining NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis and semantic priming, Brief Semantic Anchoring Therapy works on the lexical and symbolic dimension of change. It associates a stimulus with a resource state so as to allow it to be recalled quickly. Indications: performance anxiety, anticipatory phobias, mental preparation and negative self-talk.
