A psycho-corporeal therapy with imaginative mediation, guided imagery rests on the active, intentional and multisensory production of inner images, supported by a voice. First developed in oncology, it aims at the reduction of anticipatory anxiety, nausea and pain, as well as an overall neurovegetative rebalancing.
