YT
A psycho-corporeal discipline stemming from the Indian tradition, articulated on the eight limbs codified by Patanjali, therapeutic yoga combines postures, breathing and attention, adapted so as not to exceed the threshold of pain. Its best-documented indications are chronic low back pain, neck pain, mild hypertension and anxiety disorders, with a lasting reduction of the target symptom.
