MBSR

A program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, mindfulness-based stress reduction structures the practice around seven attitudes (non-judging, patience, acceptance, letting go...). It aims less at the suppression of symptoms than at a transformation of the relationship to experience. Its core indications concern stress-related disorders: chronic stress, burnout, anxiety and insomnia.
