An integrative approach formalized in the 2010s, hybridizing autogenic training, sophrology and MBSR, self-hypnosis-based stress reduction views stress as a psychophysiological phenomenon that can be modulated by attention and breathing. Self-hypnosis is here a learnable and autonomous skill. Indications: chronic stress, burnout, sleep disorders and chronic pain.
